Gear couplings are axially pluggable, easy to install and suitable for the compensation of axial, radial and angular shaft displacements. The small size with comparatively strong load capacity ensures a high power density and is a significant advantage of gear couplings, in addition they are characterised by their insensitivity as an overload clutch.
The all-steel coupling offered here with grease lubrication and circular seals are produced according to international standards. Flexible shaft connections make them suitable for transmitting torques of up to 2,750,000 Nm and are fixed via a ring clamp. In addition, axial, radial and angular shaft misalignment is compensated.
The curved-tooth couplings offered here are axially pluggable and easy to assemble. The function is based on intermeshing internal and external gears. Due to the crowned design of the individual teeth, they can compensate for axial, radial and angular misalignments of the shaft, in line with the curved tooth system, edge pressure in the gearing is avoided.This leads to almost wear-free use and safe power transmission.
